Ezelsjacht is an 8000Ha sheep and cattle farm dated back to the 1900.
Situated only two hours drive from Cape Town.

The team of horses are ex-show horses that range in height from 15.3hh – 16.3hh. They are tacked in Western saddles. The bridles are mainly curb bits and the horses are ridden on a loose rein.

Most horses are not shod. The ride is mainly on a walk due to the varying terrain, giving riders enough time to take in the surroundings and fresh air at 1200m above sea level.

It is best suited for moderate experienced riders 18 years and over.
The terrain is smooth, low vegetation and hilly mountains and valleys.

Accommodation

A Beautiful homestead with 3 en-suite bedrooms. Two bedrooms each with 2 single beds and sharing bathroom.
Linen and towels provided.
Electric blankets.
